When Article 6(1)(a) applies in connection with the direct offer of information society services to children, the processing of children's data is lawful if the child is at least 16 years old. If the child is under 16 years old, such processing is lawful only if such consent is given or permitted by the holder of parental responsibility for the child. simulator.bg makes an effort not to provide the received data to third parties, except in cases where you have explicitly given your consent. In these cases, responsibility for your data lies with those third parties, and you should carefully review their terms and conditions.

Data Retention and Deletion Period Data is retained for the necessary period to achieve the purposes for which we process it, taking into account the quantity, nature, and sensitivity of the collected data, as well as whether these purposes can be achieved by other means. We also consider the timeframes required to meet our legal obligations when determining the data retention period. Personal data you provide to us when registering on simulator.bg is stored and processed for the duration of your registration, until you request the deactivation of your profile and for a period of one year after deactivation of your registration.

When your personal data is contained in accounting documents in electronic or paper form that may be required for tax control purposes, the retention period for this data is 10 years. Your personal data is processed for analytical purposes during your registration and is stored for a period of 12 months after the deletion of your user profile. a) Pseudonymization and encryption of personal data; b) The ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services; c) The ability to restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident; d) A process for regularly testing, assessing, and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures for ensuring the security of the processing.

  4. Right to restriction – you can restrict the processing of your personal data when: the processing of data is unlawful, but you do not want your personal data to be deleted, and you require restriction of their use. When we process your personal data on the basis of your consent or under a contract, you have the right to obtain a copy of your data, which includes only the personal data you have provided to us.

We reserve the right to respond to your request within 15 days of receiving it, but we have the right to extend the period in connection with the complexity and the number of requests.
